1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of NIHILUX.WORLD, NIHILUX ONE, Lumara, Member Connect, NIHILUX Events, NIHILUX TV, NIHILUX Commerce, and related NIHILUX digital services. By creating an account, purchasing where acceptance is requested, applying as an organizer, or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to the version presented to you.
NIHILUX may update these Terms. When a material update requires renewed consent, NIHILUX may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use affected services. Your non-waivable rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
2. Accounts and member responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, interfere with security controls, or use another person's account without authorization.
NIHILUX services are not directed to children under 13, and a person under 13 may not create an ordinary NIHILUX account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use of the services must be consistent with any consent or supervision required by applicable law.
NIHILUX ONE is designed as a member environment in which you remain responsible for your choices. Features may help you organize information, preserve decisions, communicate, attend events, watch media, or purchase products, but NIHILUX does not take ownership of your personal agency.
3. Lumara — artificial intelligence and human responsibility
Lumara is an artificial intelligence system. Lumara is not GOD, does not speak for GOD, does not receive divine revelation, and must not be treated as divine authority. Within NIHILUX, Scripture remains categorically distinct from NIHILUX Canon and from AI-generated responses.
Lumara can make mistakes, misunderstand context, omit relevant facts, or generate inaccurate or incomplete information. Verify important information independently. Lumara is designed to assist reasoning and understanding, not to replace your judgment, conscience, or responsibility for decisions and actions.
Lumara is not a physician, attorney, accountant, financial adviser, therapist, emergency service, law-enforcement service, or other regulated professional. It may provide general information and help organize questions, but professional or emergency matters may require qualified real-world assistance.
Lumara may not be used to facilitate self-harm, violence, abuse, fraud, exploitation, criminal wrongdoing, concealment of wrongdoing, evasion of lawful detection, or other dangerous or unlawful conduct. NIHILUX may restrict access where misuse threatens people, the service, or lawful operation.
4. My Journey, decisions, and member content
My Journey is intended to preserve information you deliberately choose to make durable within your account. Ordinary conversation does not automatically become Journey evidence unless the product expressly provides and confirms a preservation action.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully create and submit. You grant NIHILUX the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, transmit, process, display to you or your intended recipients, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the services. You must have the right to submit content you provide.
5. Member Connect — text, voice, media, and private connections
Member Connect supports deliberate member-to-member communication, including text, voice messages and other supported media. Connections are private and access-controlled through the product, but Member Connect is not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Do not use it for information that requires an end-to-end encrypted channel.
A recipient may retain, copy, download, record, or capture content after receiving it. Deleting or clearing content from your account does not guarantee that a recipient has not retained a copy, and operational backups or security records may persist for a period consistent with lawful operations.
Do not use Member Connect for harassment, threats, stalking, spam, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, illegal sexual content, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, instructions for wrongdoing, or other unlawful or abusive conduct. Blocking and reporting controls do not transfer your responsibility for what you send.
NIHILUX does not give Lumara general authority to read or disclose private conversations merely because the system stores them. NIHILUX may access or preserve information only where authorized and reasonably necessary to operate, secure, investigate reported abuse, comply with law, or protect rights and safety, subject to the Privacy Policy.
6. NIHILUX TV
NIHILUX TV provides NIHILUX-owned programming and, where clearly identified, curated or externally hosted sources. Availability, access level, programming, and release status may change. A draft, preview, or internal Studio item is not a promise of public release.
Unless NIHILUX expressly permits otherwise, TV access is a limited personal viewing license. You may not reproduce, download, rebroadcast, sell, scrape, systematically capture, or commercially exploit protected programming, transcripts, metadata, or access controls. External sources remain subject to their owners' terms and rights.
Playback progress and discussion may support resume and understanding features. Watching content does not automatically create Journey evidence, decisions, commitments, or Canon.
7. NIHILUX Events — buyers and tickets
NIHILUX Events provides ticketing infrastructure for events offered by NIHILUX or approved organizers. Event descriptions, schedules, venue rules, admission requirements, accessibility details, age restrictions, safety requirements, and organizer-specific policies may vary by event and should be reviewed before purchase.
Ticket prices and the current buyer-visible NIHILUX platform fee are shown before checkout. Payment may be processed through Square or another disclosed payment provider. A ticket is valid only for the event, ticket type, holder rules, and status shown in the applicable order and may be voided or refunded when required by law or an authorized refund action.
Organizers are responsible for delivering their events and for organizer-controlled event representations and obligations. NIHILUX may provide platform support, payment/ticketing infrastructure, QR issuance, check-in tools, and refund functionality without guaranteeing that an independently organized event will occur exactly as described.
8. NIHILUX Events — organizer responsibilities
An organizer must provide accurate event information, have authority to offer the event and its content, obtain required permits and permissions, comply with venue and safety obligations, honor applicable consumer and refund laws, and comply with tax and reporting obligations that apply to the organizer.
Organizer access may require NIHILUX approval and connection of the organizer's own Square merchant account. Organizer staff access must be limited to legitimate event duties. An organizer may not use NIHILUX Events for unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, discriminatory, exploitative, or prohibited events or transactions.
NIHILUX may suspend organizer sales or access where reasonably necessary to protect buyers, comply with law, address fraud or chargeback risk, enforce these Terms, or protect the platform.
9. NIHILUX Commerce and physical products
NIHILUX Hair products are offered under the made-to-order model and current Commerce policies shown before purchase. Product selection, variant, price, shipping charge, tax, and final total are shown in checkout. Square handles raw card and wallet credentials; NIHILUX does not store raw payment credentials.
Current launch policy provides $15 flat-rate USPS shipping for U.S. hair orders. Hair sales are final for change of mind or incorrect customer selection, except verified wrong-item or defective-item issues and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Tax calculation software and configured rates do not themselves determine a business's legal nexus or registration obligations.
Product availability, pricing, policies, and shipping may be changed prospectively. The terms presented with an order govern that transaction together with non-waivable law.
10. Intellectual property and protection of NIHILUX
NIHILUX names, branding, logos, software, source code, interfaces, protected text, Canon, books, training material, video, graphics, designs, compilations, and other original materials are owned by NIHILUX or their respective rights holders and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law.
Except for the limited access NIHILUX grants for normal personal or authorized business use, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape at scale, create unauthorized derivative works from protected expression, bypass access controls, extract nonpublic system instructions or proprietary datasets, reverse engineer where prohibited by enforceable law, impersonate NIHILUX, or use NIHILUX materials to misrepresent sponsorship or build a competing service through unauthorized appropriation.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over ideas or methods that the law leaves unprotected. These Terms protect contractual access and use in addition to rights NIHILUX may have under trademark, copyright, trade-secret, unfair-competition, and other law.
11. Acceptable use and service protection
Do not attack, overload, probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, introduce malware into, bypass security of, or gain unauthorized access to NIHILUX systems. Do not use the services to infringe rights, deceive people, violate law, distribute malicious code, facilitate dangerous wrongdoing, or interfere with another person's use of the services.
NIHILUX may investigate credible reports, preserve relevant records, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, remove unlawful or infringing content, and take other reasonable protective action consistent with law and the Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party services
NIHILUX relies on third-party infrastructure and services, which may include hosting, payment processing, email delivery, media delivery, maps/data sources, and AI/model infrastructure. Their availability and terms may affect portions of the experience. Third-party links and externally hosted sources are not automatically endorsed merely because NIHILUX makes them accessible.
13. Availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
NIHILUX aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation, or guarantee that AI outputs, third-party content, events, or personal outcomes will be accurate or successful. Services are provided subject to applicable law and the express commitments NIHILUX actually makes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIHILUX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit NIHILUX to exclude or limit.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NIHILUX at any time. NIHILUX may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment where payment is required, or conduct that materially threatens members, organizers, customers, rights holders, or the platform. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the District of Columbia, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the District of Columbia.
NIHILUX has not inserted a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver into this version. Any future dispute-resolution change that materially affects member rights should receive appropriate legal review and renewed assent where required.
