SHIPPING
$15 flat USPS shipping
NIHILUX Hair orders shipping within the United States use a $15 flat USPS shipping charge. The shipping charge is shown in checkout before payment.
TAX
Verified before payment
Taxes are calculated from the destination and configured tax rules. A destination without a verified tax decision is intentionally blocked from payment rather than silently treated as tax-free.
PAYMENT
Square handles card data
NIHILUX owns the order relationship and purchase record. Square is the payment processor. NIHILUX does not store raw card numbers.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
All sales are final
Because NIHILUX Hair is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, texture, length, or quantity. If NIHILUX ships the wrong item or an item arrives defective, contact NIHILUX promptly through the Contact page so the order can be reviewed and, when verified, corrected or refunded as appropriate.
